What are your office hours?

I offer daytime and early evening appointments Tuesday through Friday.

How much do you charge for a therapy session?

My fee schedule is as follows:

Individual Session 55 minutes $150.00
Couples/Family Session 55 minutes $180.00

(*Please note: I only offer a couples or family session when it would be helpful to have another person attend a session to provide support for your therapy. I do not regularly offer couples or family counseling.)

Do you accept insurance for payment?

My practice does not directly accept insurance. I can however, provide you with a statement of services (a “superbill”) that you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement if your plan covers out-of-network mental health providers.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, check, major credit cards, and HSA/FSA (health savings account or flexible spending account) debit cards as forms of payment.

What is your cancellation policy?

We can reschedule your appointment if you provide at least 24 hours notice.  If you do not provide at least 24 hours notice that you must cancel or need to reschedule a session, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
